I have taught kindergarten for 8 years, and I am excited to teach first grade and loop to second grade. My goal as a teacher is to instill a love for learning in all my students so that they are excited to come to school. I love watching my students grow from the beginning of the year to the end. I also put a strong focus on character development and mindfulness in my room,  that is guided by our social contract, which is our promise to each other. They help create it at the beginning of the year and it guides our behavior throughout the year.
